Billing & Insurance
Palo Verde Speech Therapy services are offered via private pay only. We do not accept any insurance plans and would be considered an out-of-network provider. However, we can offer you necessary documentation, upon request, if you wish to seek reimbursement on your own from your insurance provider. Payment for our services is collected at the time the services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. We do not accept electronic payments at this time (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Please contact us for our current rates.

A current evaluation is needed to design an appropriate treatment program. It is best practice that evaluations be updated annually. If you have had a recent speech and language evaluation (within the last 6-9 months) from another provider, please contact us to inquire if a review of records would be sufficient to develop a treatment plan.

Our education and experience has been focused on the development of the young child. At this time we are only accepting pediatric clients ages 3-12.

We offer a package of sessions through our summer maintenance program for six weeks in the summer. Only students who have a current IEP for speech-language services at school are eligible for this program. Click here for more information and to register for this program.

It is very common for service providers such as speech therapists to work with children at their private daycare or preschool settings. This option can be discussed during our consultation call and special permissions will likely be required through the daycare/preschool.
